The Challenge

A 35+ attraction venue with zero digital infrastructure.

The business operated a family entertainment venue with 35+ arcade games, VR experiences, rides, and party hosting, but lacked digital infrastructure. Parents couldn’t check pricing or browse packages online. School administrators had no way to compare trip options.

Seasonal events relied entirely on phone calls and walk-ins, creating unnecessary pressure on front-desk staff to answer the same questions repeatedly.
